The Elevator to 1000 Floors
Yesterday, Dan launched his “Designing for Interaction” workshops upstairs at Adaptive Path. As part of the workshop, attendees formed groups to address a hairy interaction design problem—how do people interact with an elevator that goes to 1000 floors?

It’s a great exercise for probing the various characteristics and elements of interaction design. My favorite solution: have someone in the elevator whose job it is to get you to all those floors.
Come bring your solutions to Dan’s upcoming workshops in Sydney and New York!
