Thanks for sharing this talk. It’s really helpful to see the processes behind such an innovative company and to hear Jeff describe precisely how a great leader should act.

Being a good leader means you lead intelligently and as a helpful resource, not just manage and cross your fingers.

The emergency response protocol idea is genius, more companies should create one and use it accordingly (helping build trust and manage crises? Why not?).

FYI, this case at least is called “catastrophic success.” Should be part of every plan. What if we fail? What if we succeed? What if we succeed beyond our dreams? Often, that can be worse than conventional failure, as you don’t know how to handle it, and are that much more public when things start falling apart.
