Discounts are taken off the registration fee the day you use it. If you register early, then the 10% would get knocked off the early registration price.
What is the number of seats for each workshop?For most events, the limit is somewhere between 50 and 150. For User Experience Week the limit is 350.
Can I attend only one day? Will the cost be adjusted?Yes, we do offer single day passes. Please see our registration page for prices.
What is the deadline for the "early bird" price?The early bird deadline is one month before each event. Please check the page for the event you're interested for cut off dates. And please be aware that we have a limited number of seats to each event. It's not always good to wait until the last minute!
Are there recommended reading you would like us to go over prior to the workshop?There is a complete list of recommended reading on our site.
What are your refund guidelines?We try to be as flexible as we can: Sixty (60) days prior to the event you plan to attend, you may request a full refund. Thirty (30) days prior to the event you plan to attend, you may request a 50% refund. Within thirty (30) days of an event, there are no refunds available. You may always transfer your registration to another Adaptive Path Workshop or assign another individual from your organization to go in your stead.
Is lunch included in the price of the workshop?We provide coffee, tea and snacks for all events and lunch for all but our one-day workshops. (For one-day workshops, we strive to keep the cost down - and this is a good way to do that.) We do our best to find food you actually want to eat. Please let us know if you have any dietary guidelines and we'll plan accordingly.
