About Secil Tabli Watson
Secil Tabli Watson manages the Internet Strategy group at Wells Fargo Bank. Her group is responsible for the customer experience of the Wells Fargo's web sites and its phone and electronic servicing channels. Her teams consist of customer experience, customer research and insights, innovation, business development, business architecture and optimization competencies. Prior to her 6 years at Wells Fargo, Secil worked at multiple strategy consulting companies for Fortune 500 clients, and she was a general manager at a leading e-learning company. She has her MBA from Wharton in Finance, and her BA from Cornell University in Government and Economics. Secil is passionate about creating positive experiences in all facets of her work and her life and she is motivated by challenges, such as being a working mom with 3 little boys.
