imageMonday, October 22, 11:15-11:45 PM

by Margaret Hanley

When you are part of a large development group with people organised into their disciplines, the managers find themselves lost in the day-to-day of projects, but wanting to contribute more to the strategy of developing the products you and your team are designing experiences.

This presentation addresses

  1. What is strategy from a UX point of view?
  2. Strategy and where it lies in organisations.
  3. What's the difference between strategy and the UX work we do? Is it the same - or do we just contribute?
  4. Does a UX Manager can frame the problem with a different set of eyes?
  5. Where do we want to contribute?
