Whiteboard Confessional: Cultivating a Culture of Ideas
by Adaptive PathWhiteboards are like Grand Central Station for ideas at Adaptive Path. They’re a thoroughfare for all the planning and thinking that goes into not only our client work, but also for the daily life of our company. We found ourselves wondering, what if our whiteboards could talk? They’d probably provide some illuminating insights into the nuts and bolts of our work. Interesting to others? Possibly. Educational for us? Absolutely.
This is the first in a series of whiteboard confessionals where we share the messy details of life at Adaptive Path, our process, and our tools.
In this first video, Leah Buley shares a whiteboard diagram that she created to convey how we as a company approach developing and sharing our ideas with the world. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed “Whiteboard Confessional; very thought provoking.
Great line too, ” Having good ideas is just about being open to good ideas”

Simple and effective method.
The “spark” is the ignition of the complex system.
The “fire” is the materializing and propagate of the spark, the idea.
The “impact” is the closing the first loop, the first feedback, ready for an other loop.
Exelent choice of words for a minimalist and fast innovation practice
