Altought its very straight forward and easy to use - it's not that "instant" as it could be. I don't want to open a new Basecamp project for a meeting with my alumni friends. I want a simpler yet more instant tool. I'm working on a project called "activities" where them main focus is set to I call it "instant collaboration". It's kind of a 37singals writeboard but with todo and commeting included. Access is without passwords, and you can open more than one activity. Each activity you can share with different people.
