(Incidentally, if anyone has any advice on where/how to get a good one taken, I'm all ears.) Excellent list, Sarah!</description>

		<description>I've ranted about this privately, but I'll post it here as well: at a bare minimum, speakers should receive at least free admission to the event they are speaking at. Preparing a talk takes a lot of time and that time should be acknowledged.
