Should "give me an iPod of the pump industry..." become "make me the ClearRx of....." meaning that whilst there is a great deal of hype around a glamourous object like Apple's offerings we can in fact make a difference to people by looking at everyday objects in their wider context; we need to think and act in a "not only but also" frame of mind with the consumer/user=my grandma/my brother point of view?
