UX Week – Finalized Schedule, Single Day Registration

by peterme

Last week, I mentioned we’d added the interface design team for the $100 Laptop to our UX Week program.

Well, now we’ve finalized the schedule, and it’s a doozy. Take a look at it in detail, and tell me there’s a better program for user experience professionals.

We’ve got an amazing set of speakers, with keynotes from Deborah Adler (Target pill bottle), Jan Chipchase (design research for Nokia), the $100 laptop interface design team, and our very own Dan Saffer. Other presenters include Jared Spool, Jess McMullin, Liz Sanders, Indi Young, Bill Scott, Leisa Reichelt, Derek Featherstone, Dan Brown, and a whole bunch of folks from Adaptive Path.

And the breadth and depth of topics is unparalleled:

  • designing for mobile devices
  • participatory design
  • managing UX teams
  • search engine interfaces
  • agile development and user-centered design
  • designing for rich interaction – documentation and accessibility
  • social software
  • …and more!

Attending companies include Microsoft, eBay, Vanguard, various universities, General Mills, Expedia, Walmart.com, Mapquest, AOL, Bank of America, frog design, Xerox, USAA, Grey Advertising, and heaps more.

Also, we’ve just opened up single day registration. Sign up for any combination of days (of course, signing up for the full conference is the best value!).

And, lastly, as you have the refinement and good taste to read this blog, you deserve a discount! Use the promotional code BLOG and receive 10% off the registration price.

The registration price goes up July 13, so don’t delay!
