They wanted "mundane" things while Kamen thought they'd want to “travel up and down stairs.” Maybe folks don't know what they want and expect us to think/innovate for them. Maybe folks have great ideas, but we don't think they're sexy enough. It's likely a little from column A, a little from column B, and so on til at least S or T...
