Sometimes you just want a slice of pizza.
The other night, NPR had a piece on the iPhone, features and simplicity. The jist? People think music players, fancy touchscreens, and syncable address books on phones are cool and all but wouldn’t it be nice if, when you need to call someone, no matter where you are, you just can?

This reminds me of Faaborg’s post earlier this week, where he mentions Kamen interviewing people in wheelchairs. They wanted “mundane” things while Kamen thought they’d want to “travel up and down stairs.”
Maybe folks don’t know what they want and expect us to think/innovate for them. Maybe folks have great ideas, but we don’t think they’re sexy enough.
It’s likely a little from column A, a little from column B, and so on til at least S or T…
