Questions I didn’t get a chance to ask Caterina Fake
by petermeToday at MX, I interviewed Flickr co-founder Caterina Fake on stage. Dan wrote up our discussion. Here are some questions I didn’t get to ask (because of time). If you have an answer, post it in the comments:
- What have you learned works in terms of getting teams to produce great work?
- What can Flickr, Yahoo, and other web-oriented companies teach non-Web companies about design, experience, and innovation?
I also wanted to ask her about this post she made to her Bizwerk site way back in August of 2004, where she states that if Flickr followed 37 Signals’ product development philosophy, it wouldn’t exist at all.
And Caterina has been involved in Misbehaving.net, a site about women working in technology, and I wanted to ask how things have changed since 2003, when she started writing there.
