MX — San Francisco Conference Program Complete!
by petermeI’m excited to announce that we have finalized the conference program for MX–San Francisco: Managing Experience Through Creative Leadership. This is the conference for people who have “grown up” with Adaptive Path over the last 5-plus years. We’ve got a mix of speakers, representing design agencies (Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO, Adam Richardson, Strategist at Frog Design), product companies (folks from Dell and Whirlpool), and Silicon Valley giants (Caterina Fake from Flickr/Yahoo!, Irene Au from Google).
We’re also crossing some boundaries. Instead of just having design and product folks, we also have Lou Carbone, who has been trying to get the marketing world to understand the value of experience.
There will be a range of subject matter, from managing diverse design teams, to managing “up” within an organization that doesn’t ‘get’ design, to case studies on making the leading edge of experience design actually happen.
Seats are limited, and they’re going pretty fast (we seem to have tapped into an unmet need.) We have discounted registration through January 15. If you’ve been trying to find a constructive way to spend your 2006 training budget, this event might be right for you. Learn more on the event page.
