…was the title of my introduction to Day 2 of UX Week. IT Conversations has posted the audio for free download. You can download the slides (PDF). The audio is cut-off midspeech; I used the time to also introduce Michael Bierut, the keynote speaker, and IT Conversations wisely removed it (though you’ll see my slides for it in the deck).
I also wrote about this talk in a earlier post titled The Frozen Middle, that addresses the organizational challenge we face as experience strategists and designers.
