Jennifer is the human resources director at Adaptive Path. Her professional mission at Adaptive Path is to make life easier for the Adaptive Path team, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Professional Experience
Jennifer has worked in human resources for over twelve years in several small firms including 3Degrees, Prudential California Real Estate, Concuity, and Digeo. She enjoys working at small companies where she can help them grow effectively. Her primary source of joy is implementing human resources programs and practices to make her co-workers' lives at work (and outside of work) enjoyable and stress-free.
Jennifer earned her bachelor's in Business Administration at San Jose State University and spends her free time with her two kids, cooking, entertaining, and gardening.

At Adaptive Path, our ideas are driven by the work we do. We do consulting for user interface and user experience design, and offer conferences, training and education for UX designers.
